Duration: max. 8 minutes

▪︎ CATEGORY B-for those born from 2008 to 2012

Program: free choice
Duration: max 12 minutes

• CATEGORY C- for those born in 2002 to 2007

Program: free choice
Duration: max 15 min

• CATEGORY D-for those born in 2000 and later

Program: free choice
Duration: max 20 minutes
